Group Management – This is the module that allows for you to create groups for easier segregation of user types.
Access Right – This module grants different levels of access for different user types. The access levels depend on your specifications.
User Management – This allows administrators to create users as well as manage user information.

This module lets administrators as well as users with access rights to make e-wallet transactions.
Member RegistrationThis lets you create a member account for your customer/employee.
Balance Inquiry This module allows you to request for the current balance of your company’s E-Wallet account in real time.
E-wallet Transfer Allows you to transfer funds from one E-Wallet account to another.
Batch Transfer Request - This module allows you to make multiple transfer requests in a single web request.
Batch Transfer Approval - This allows administrators to check the details of the batch transfers such as the account numbers, and the amounts to be credited. Once credited, the administrator inputs the PIN of the company in to initiate the transfers.
E-Wallet Replenishment Request - This allows you to upload a bank deposit slip in order to replenish your mother e-wallet account balance.
Cash Card Replacement Request - This allows you to replace a member’s old cash card with a new one.
Transfer Fund Batch Upload - This allows you to upload a MS Excel file containing the uploading of funds transfer requests by batch.
Update Member Profile - This allows you to change a member’s information in the system.
The Report Module
This module allows you to view transaction reports
Member Registration Status (View) - This will allow you to check a member’s registration status. Once a member has been successfully registered, the system will show his/her account number.
Balance Inquiry (View) - This will allow you to view the balance inquiry requests that have been made.
Member Listing - This will allow you to see the list of members you currently have enrolled in your system.
E-Wallet Transfer Request - This allows you to view the previous E-Wallet funds transfers that have been previously created.
Batch Transfer Request (View) - This allows you to view the batch transfer requests that you have previously uploaded into the system.
E-Wallet Replenishment Request (View) - This allows you to view pending E-Wallet replenishment requests.
Wallet Ledger - This will show you the history of your mother wallet’s transactions.
Cash Card Replacement Request (View) - This will allow you to view the pending cash card replacement requests.
SMS Daily Summary - This will show you the total number of SMS messages that you have sent for a particular date duration grouped per country.
SMS Sent Items - This allows you to review all the previous broadcasts you have made.
Member Ledger - This will allow you to view the e-wallet content and history of individual members.
The Support Module
This module allows you to get support from Pixsell in the event of issues with E-Wallet.
Ticket - This feature allows you to create tickets to notify us for issues with the E-Wallet system.
Ticket – View - This feature allows you to check on the status of the tickets and the feedbacks from Pixsell that have been previously created.
1. Your company logs in to Pixsell Merchant Portal Website to register and assign a cash card to all of your members;
2. Once your company’s members have been registered, Pixsell shall forward the individual account numbers of each member to your company.
3. Your company shall deposit the total disbursement amount to the Pixsell E-wallet accredited bank.
4. As soon as your company deposits the total payroll amount, Pixsell shall credit the amount to your company’s mother wallet.
5. Your company logs in to Pixsell Merchant Portal to create transfer request for your members.
6. Upon login, your company shall then input the e-wallet account number of each employee and also the corresponding payroll credit to be transferred or upload an excel file to be able to process the batch transfer.
7. PIXSELL shall process the transfer request and once confirmed, Pixsell shall be crediting the payroll to the employee’s individual e-wallet account;
8. Once the employees’ individual e-wallet accounts have been loaded, Pixsell shall send an SMS confirmation message to the employees about his/her payroll information.
9. Once the employee receives the transaction confirmation via SMS, the employees can now withdraw his/her payroll.
